Air-pirate captain Lola Assante and her steam-powered skyship Andromeda are chosen for the task—alongside a crew of brilliant misfits, mythic warriors, and one infuriatingly honorable British officer determined to redeem his ruined career.
Their quest will carry them across lightning-choked skies, forbidden islands, ancient machines, and monsters long thought legend. But as rival treasure hunters close in and divine secrets unravel, Lola and Lieutenant Cal Hawthorne must decide what matters more: duty, treasure… or the dangerous attraction growing between them.
